Hello everyone,

My wife (Jen) and I had 4th pick female. My wife was unable to go since she's been under with flu like symptoms for almost a week now. The dark red female pup was still available and when I heard and saw her I was hooked. I wish I had this on a picture format but just as I was about to leave the nursery she put up her left paw like she was giving me five or saying goodbye. She is so adorable and we are naming her Darwin.

Scott

PS: I wasn't able to load any of the pictures I took with my camera since the files are to big so I need to find out how to resize them. Either way these pictures I took with my cell phones camera. So cute, actually they all are!

To be perfectly honest, I was a little nervous when I woke up Saturday morning about puppy pick-out!  I just wasn't sure how I was going to pick my little girl out of such adorable puppies!  Camie of course was such a calming factor, gave lots of information and descriptions about each one.  What a dear woman you are!

Robert was unable to go with me so I felt the pressure was on to pick one out by myself, ha!  We had second pick!  I was able to narrow it down to two! I made my decision, but then questioned myself (because I have such a hard time making decisions) and my friend Jess who went with me, said pick the other one up one last time.  When I picked her up she wrapped her front paws around my around my arm and just held on!  Thats when I knew she was the one!  She is absolutely beautiful and I love her so much already!

It was such an experience and I will always remember picking out our little "Gracie"!  Here are a few pics of the our addition....

Heidi,
I agree too!  I was pretty nervous when we woke up on Saturday morning. When we got out there and saw ALL of the beautiful dogs and saw the puppies in the pen I calmed down. All of the puppies were barking a little when we pulled up. I already had my man picked out since there were only 2 little guys and I was second pick. But Camie put him into my arms and he was so calm. He started to lick on my finger and I could feel him relax. He started to whine after a while so I put him back in with his brothers and sisters. He ate a little and played a little and I knelt down at the side of the pen. He turned around and came right over to me and licked my finger through the fence. He is my little man, Brinkley! Poor little thing laid down and fell asleep with his brother right after.
Thanks Camie for your guidance and advice and good luck to everyone as you take your new pups home. I know we will all have a ball with them!

Camie it was so great to finally meet you too!  I'm really excited to pick up my puppy - I still haven't decided if I'll name her Indiana or Princess Buttercup.  I'll need to get to know her personality better before I decide!

Send pictures!!
See you soon -

Lol..I'm still laughing at Princess Buttercup

Will take picture's tomorrow ok

2 of the pups had grade 1 puppy murmurs. ..Now...PUPPY MURMURS are common. Nothing to worry about Grade 1's go away usually within 2 wks...but I'm having Dr.Carter check them again next Friday to see if thier gone
Alot of people freak out when they hear puppy murmur..what they do not understand is..they are common and can take pups up to 8-9 wks to close. These pups are only 6 wks 3 days old...so they are youn=g still and valves have not closed all the way.

Anyways...BUT ALL are healthy /lively little things

We just love those puppy pick-out pix!   They look so calm and happy and attached to their new parents.   There's no question that they pick you out and fit right away into your homes.  And they just tug the love out of your hearts the minute you pick them up.   Have so much fun!

Hello everyone,

I was finally able to figure out how to re-size my picture since I wasn't able to post this with my other pictures posted several days ago. My wife Jen and I are naming her Darwin. Can't wait for the 7th to go out and pick her up and welcome her into both of our very small family, we are both very excited for next Saturday. Best of luck to everyone else and hope you all have a Happy Halloween!

Scott

I think I might be the first one taking the baby home. I am going tomorrow.
Still remember on the pick out day, after I decided which was the boy I want, he just went to sleep. He didn't even open his eyes or say bye to me. I was really sad.
Camie woke him up so I could take a picture of him. He was soooo angry.

Camie you have no idea how sweet you are. Can't wait to see you tomorrow.

Sharon

PS. a pic of his angry face. My boyfriend says this face is soooo man. haha.

Last time I told Camie I was gonna name him "Panda". Well I am Chinese I love panda. But my friends said panda are always FAT guys. haha.

Hey Bonnie it's really good to talk to you here. When I pick out my boy Camie said "Bonnie is so exciting she's coming tomorrow to her baby"
I felt so guilty  you couldn't choose your boy by yourself cause I did it first. Though I know you will love all of them. I still feel something.
The brothers are so cute and  they're so friendly to each other.(well they may fight a little bit, they are boys~haha)  After tomorrow my boy will live without his brother and his family. That's awful.
You are going on Friday! I though we can meet each other when we pick up our boys. Ohhhhh !!!! Sigh~~~~

Yes Sharon, I had to take the day off of work Friday to go get him. I wanted to have the whole weekend to play with him and get him adjusted before going back to work. I live about 5 minutes away from my job though, so I can get home quickly to be with him and let him out until he is potty trained.
I am so excited!! I know that you couldn't help that there were only 2 boys!! You had first pick and  that is the way the cookie crumbled! I would have been thrilled with either or them so long as they are healthy and happy. My life is about to change so much with an addition to our family and I can't wait.
Have fun with your new little one!
